Good breakfast brunch; the apt required update especially beds but overall we enjoyed the place.

Frequento da anni l'hotel la Fenice, sia per lavoro che per vacanza. Non si può desiderare di meglio a venezia per la bellezza del luogo, l'efficienza e la straordinaria gentilezza di tutto il personale, accogliente e sempre pronto e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta. Ho già riconfermato la mia scelta per tre trasferte veneziane nei prossimi mesi.

Parlo dell'appartamento di fronte. Forse in Hotel è meglio. L'appartamento è triste, mal arredato e mal tenuto. La pulizia insufficiente. La dotazione dei bagni a livello di colonia estiva.
Non ci tornerò.

Loved the location! I will recommend this appartment to evyrbody and if I will ever return Venice this would be our top choice.

Most enjoyable liked waking in the morning to the smell of baking of the mornings bread. Found the location was very convenient.
