Lovely. Everything was arranged en the hotel room was more than we even hoped for. Also a big plus that our dog was very welcome, and you provided some treats for him. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome-email we got, after making a reservation via designhotels.com. Made us (and our dog) feel very welcome.
We even came back on our way back from our trip, because we know we could enjoy a well-arranged and quiet stay at your hotel.
