For the budget it was fine. The location was very central & couldn’t be better. Breakfast was limited due to space. A fresh water fountain in the hotel would have been useful to refill bottles.
By far my biggest issue was "first impressions ". The outside of the building was dull and lacking identity. It need lifted by colour, signage or flowers. Inside is way better.
