Very hard to find fault with the hotel. Great location, very quiet and clean, excellent personal service.

Excellent hotel, great location for a Budapest stay. Staff very friendly rooms very nice. Overall an excellent stay. See you again in December.

Location - perfect.
Friendliness of the male staff at reception could have been better.
All in all - it certainly served a purpose.

I would highly recommend this hotel as it is central to all attractions. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were adequate. The friendly staff were what made the experience more satisfying as they were so helpful and always took time to ask about our day when returning to the hotel.

One of the worst I've had in Europe. It's sad because for such a nice hotel in a nice location the bathroom and breakfast staff and cleaner are terrible.
