My overall experience of the La Prima Fashion Hotel in Budapest was positive. It is a centrally located hotel and in close proximity to transport with which to access the main sites. The bedroom was good and the bed very comfortable although the bathroom didn't have too much space in which to put things. It was very good that computers were available for customers to use. However, customer service at reception needs to improve.

A reggeli lehetne változatosabb: bundás kenyér, kolbász, tükörtojás…
Az utcára néző szoba az étterem felett nagyon zajos volt, nem sokat lehetett pihenni.
A hotel nagyon jó, központi helyen van.

Really good :) The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms were a nice size and very comfortable.

We were at the hotel for the third time and were very disappointed with the quality of the room. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep because of the smell and dampness. Also, they never changed our bed linen, which was also infected with dampness.
