Very good service, very kind, clean rooms. The area is the best. Quiet place 2 min. From vaci st. , close to all places by walking and to public transportation

Nice hotel with good variety of food for breakfast and great central location. Only issue was that the shower head bracket was broken so had to hold it rather than be able to stand under it. Also we had to leave for our flight at 4.30am so it would have been nice if they’d offered to supply a packed breakfast as we’d paid for breakfast.
