Not bad room nice , shower room had poor drainage so flooded the whole bathroom when used , reported to front desk and housekeeping , we had to mop up floods with towels, ourselves, it has happened before as tide marks on the floor tiles , when i called to reception they seemed unconcerned , ruined our bathing experience , as had shampoo on hair and had to crouch in the bath to rinse off and shower. Upon check in We had 3 bottles of champagne ordered , for that evening , as had friends coming for drinks , asked for it to be set up in the room at 6pm . We had to go to the bar ourselves and take up to the room as staff not do it , felt let down and embarresed !

This trip was accidentally booked and I tried to cancel it but they refused (I meant to book a room in Prague as I had flights to Prague) The hotel agreed however to move the dates so I could use the room later in the following month. A week after I booked the flights to Budapest they decided to cancel my room after all. I was very upset that they wouldn’t originally cancel it as it was a genuine mistake and I still had to go to Prague. It obviously cost me a lot of money unnecessarily as I had to pay for 2 trips, and for both travellers as the other person was my daughter, and I expected them to be a little more understanding. So although it was a fairly enjoyable trip, I didn’t appreciate the lack of good will and understanding.

Heel fijn hotel met ideale ligging en goed ontbijt. Receptionisten en kamermeisjes waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
