We were impressed with room service . The staff were very friendly. It’s a great location in Budapest and it was no noise from outside.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Close to the city center and convenient for public transport. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

If it wasn’t for the beds softness it would have been a great experience
I must say that the staff is amazing am very nice
The hotel is very clean
The location is perfect
But the mattress was awful and I’m disappointed because when I asked if there is a hard one available I got two different responses
One saying that mattress hardness might vary and they would leave a note then the said all mattresses are the same
And I know for sure that the mattress in room 212 isn’t the same like 314
