Veery nice.the hotel doesn't provide Bathrobes ans slippers. The towels are very thin.
The location is great, good value for money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review about your stay in La Prima Fashion Hotel.
I regret to read about the unpleasant situation that you went through when asking for information about a tour. I have looked into this issue and had a talk with my colleagues. I specifically highlighted, that being overzealous without paying attention to the guests' requests and preferences is not the good way to achieve the highets guest satisfaction. I can assure you that this kind of behaviour was an isolated issue and is not characteristic to our staff members.
I hope that we will have the opportunity of proving you that La Prima Fashion Hotel is comfortable hotel and a good choice when looking for a hotel to stay in Budapest.

not really good, but good staff, and i got an upgrade so that was nice. But wouldn't come back to the hotel if there are not any renovations done soon.
