Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. Overall a great hotel, highly recommended.

The boys at the reception were amazing. That is the only PRO thins together with the location. Expected way better for what I paid

First of all, I would like to express my appreciation on behalf of my colleagues at the reception for the kind, complimenting words. These appreciative comments mean a lot to us, who work hard to provide an excellent service to our guests.
On the other hand, I was surprized to read that you were not happy with the room. Please allow me one clarification; I checked the booking to see wether there was some mistake with the room allocation, but I have to assure you the the type of room you were accomodated in was the one that you booked.Regarding the vent, I have to express my apologies for disturbing your sleep at nights, I have forwarded your observations to the technical staff, to look into this problem.
I hope that despite the inconveniences you will consider choosing La Prima Fashion Hotel again during your next visit in Budapest.
