Struttura di qualità, elegante, funzionale e pulita ma alcuni comportamenti da correggere, maggiore calorosità al check in e alle colazioni maggior rispetto verso i clienti anche nell’ultimo quarto d’ora

The front desk team should pay more attention to the pre booking requests. I booked for a double bed and we received twin beds.

Not too bad, however the one thing that let this hotel down was the quality of the towels in the bathroom, they were no better than a 2 star hotel, I would have expected better

Dear Steve Conway,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience in La Prima Fashion Hotel.
I regret to read that you were disappointed by the quality of the towels and breakfast. Thank you for mentioning these issues, especially the problem with unfriendliness of the staff, which I have immediately forwarded to the food and beverage manager. We work hard to offer an excellent service to our guests, so it is very important to know where do we have to improve.
We would be happy to welcome you again.

Best regards,
