It was Ok because the location and room was nice.
It would be great if a week or 2 before the stay starts they send information about the Spa partners they have to ensure the guests can book the treatments they wish. We were informed upon our arrival, but it was too late and we couldn’t enjoy a treatment when we wanted

The location is very good. The breakfast area could get very busy. Some towels may need to be changed.

This hotel was lovely, even better than what we expected. So close to everything, staff lovely. We stayed in the business suite and it was amazing, from the layout to the decor we could not fault. Would definitely reccommend and would definitely stay here if visiting budapeat again.

Our overall experience of Budapest was brilliant and this was further complimented by the excellent hotel. My partner and I will definitely be coming back to Budapest, and when we do, we will certainly be staying at this hotel. I have already recommended it to various friends and colleagues.
