Bed was hard, pillows were flat. Staff at desk was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, but staff was
not very friendly in breakfast area.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Clean, great location, nice staff.
The most important for me is noise-free and calm apartments, as I have issues with sleeping. This hotel has excellent noice-cancellation walls and windows are opened towards calm and cosy patio.

Location of the hotel is very handy. Some of the staff are very helpful, but some are not. Layout of the breakfast room can be improved to avoid overcrowding when getting food. The room was clean.

Ok. The lack of windows/ daylight was an issue for me at breakfast. Not a setting I would choose again.

The room was good, the bathroom was a bit small but clean. Breakfast is good although at times it was chaotic to get food probably because the food tables are not easy to access.
