We were disappointed in the size of the room when we arrived and spent our first two nights in this very small room. It did not work for 2 adult females could not even leave my suitcase open. However our last night was an upgrade to a wonderful room.

Fantastic location. Spacious room. Nice and clean. Breakfast average hotel breakfast.

A special mention for the lady in the reception who was very kind and helpful.
Service at breakfast chaotic and with some personnel rather unpolite (two of them, when asked for a knife answered simply "we are out of knives"and did not do anything to solve the problem.One of the two refused to supply napkins and closed them in a cupboard - clearly they must be precious goods in Budapest! Cleaning of the breakfast tables also not good.
In other words, in my opinion, you have to improve both in organisation and personnel training your breakfast service; we are not in the refectory of a school, but in a four stars hotel!
