Расположение отеля шикарное. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день,смена постельного белья на четвертые сутки. Хотелось бы добавить в номер - чайник с чайными принадлежностями. Есть кофе машина, но кофе возможно выпить толь один раз. Бутылка воды - только при заезде в отель, для четверки - это минус. Большие проблемы с освещением (темно, если даже включишь все освещение в номере), но это похоже во всем Будапеште. Завтраки не плохие, голодными не останетесь. Персонал отеля готов откликнутся на любую просьбу. Отель достойный. Рекомендую всем. Если поеду еще раз в Будапешт, остановлюсь именно в этом отеле. Спасибо за приятный отдых всему персоналу этого отеля.

We had 2 rooms; one for 10 nights and the other for 17 nights and our experience was fantastic. You can't beat the location in the heart of the city! Were there for Easter and the Spring Festival so there was a lot going on around town and we were close to everything. We booked a dinner cruise and the boat was literally at the end of the street. This hotel is only 5 minutes to the main metro station (Deak Ferenc ter), the surface trains and the buses. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Budapest and definitely plan to use it for all future trips to the city.

Not terrible. Some staff were rude, room eas not cleaned for 2 days. They did not let us enter our room because we arrived in the morning even though we were exhausted because of our flight and we wanted to sleep but they kept us waiting 5 hours even though the room was not occupied. This was stupid.
