Overall we had a great stay. It would be nice if the reception staff were more welcoming and smiled occasionally. Also the fire alarm went off early in the morning and it is always quite frightening when you are awoken to this noise. When I later asked about it, the receptionist said that it was nothing (a faulty sensor) and offered no apology.
