Stayed here many times. Great location.
Staff are polite. Don't expect have a nice day but that's not their culture. Rooms are perfectly fine with good maiid service

In general, we enjoyed our stay in Budapest. We were almost present at the hotel. The hotel is mainly for sleeping and breakfast. The room was clean. The staff are kind. The price is not cheap but worth its location.
