We are not coffedrinkers and asked for complementary tea instead. Sadly this was promptly denied. We have been out of the room until 1 pm. The cleaning assistant came just after insisted to get access to clean the room while my husband was using the toilet. This is not OK. Our frined in the neighbouring room experinced same. The shuttle service worked well.

Esperienza molto positiva : personale disponibile e gentile, servizio in camera ottimo, buona ed abbondante la colazione.
Posizione eccezionale : centale e vicinissima alla via chiusa al traffico con negozi e ristoranti, autobus, tram e metropolitana ad un passo !
