We called twuce regarding a drainage problems in the shower and nothing was done. Also no shampoo or conditioner just shower gel

Vety helpful and friendly staff with excellent English skills.... Finding and getting to this hotel even with gps is next to impossible if you are driving. If by taxi, no problem..

Pleasant stay but not all deluxe plus rooms have a city view as stated.
