It was fine and perfectly adequate for a long weekend. The room was quite small and was not what we expected as what we booked was a deluxe plus room with street view. However the receptionist recognised the situation and offered a discount when we checked out. If I may say your web site is a little misleading as it suggests that al deluxe plus rooms have a street view. This is confirmed by Booking.com which confirmed a street view deluxe plus room. Its a small point as we came to visit your beautiful city and not stay in a hotel room but I do think room descriptions should be clearer like "some deluxe plus rooms have a street view" or not all deluxe plus rooms have a street view.

I wrote an extensive review after my first stay - a very poitive one.
One thing that struck me this time was the wonderful absense of large groups of tourist. Over the last ten years I have stayed at all the big hotels. It was always a pain in the a....s to struggle with those groups everywhere. Keep it up. Stay away from big groups. Small and exclusive is beautiful.
