The staff was very helpful when we checked in, and we got a good first impression right away. Everything worked without any issues, and as there were not big issues with anything we were quite happy with the overall experience. However, improving the slight things (reception staff attentiveness, breakfast quality, the smell in the rooms) would make the overall rating a lot better.

La Prima is PERFECT in every possible way. Location - cleanliness, friendliness, SWANKINESS! It was priced right and is centrally located by off the main thoroughfares for tranquil sleep at night. If you're going to Budapest, look no further. This is where you should stay.

I love Budapesht and your hotel. Location is excellent and friendly staff. The recepsionist was give as very useful information about the city.

lokation being the best in the city - the rest is negligible, price a bit high for what we got....
