Great hotel but the staff is not smiling just professional : not usual in that type le luxurious hotel where kindness and warmness is a standard

The oddity of the shower, the lack of a WiFi password and the boring, at times annoying music at breakfast time forced me to describe my stay as an average experience instead of a very pleasant one.

Overall was a good hotel. The only negative aspect we had was the air conditioning was a little weak but other than that it was a good experience.

We payed for a room for 3 people. The bed put out for my daughter wasn't good. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The room smelled like frying.

Good location friendly staff ok breakfast. Fitness room definitely needs improvement.

Everything went all right the first two days, then there wasn't any wifi connection not in the room not in the hall.
