our overall experience was great. the location is central and comfortable, stuff were nice and helpful and we've found all hotel's facilities suitable and comfortable for our vacation needs. we will defiantly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location was great, and also the people in the reception was really nice and helpful. The room was too small and not worth the money. The housekeeper didn't replace our sheets everyday, even do I ask, and didn't replace our dirty towels or

it was great, we stayed for only one day but have been able to see the whole city due to the perfect location.

Your website says that Coffee and Water are complimentary with no mention of restrictions. The staff told me that water was provided for only the first day and coffee was limited to 1 cup per person per day. The Coffee Machine was dreadful and we did not like the coffee with powdered milk. After I complained water was provided every day.
