Good except the price

The room we got had a terrible view, although we made special request for it. I couldn't believe a 4 star hotel would have rooms like that. The shower was too small and the water did not drain properly. It was our expectation to get an offer for a better room after expressing our concern, however, that did not happen. If this was not prepaid, we would have left as soon as we could. In general, for the price we paid, I did not find the hotel very good.

Our stay at La Prima Fashion Hotel was excellent. I do have one complaint, though. Your towel linens are horrible. Your maid staff should be instructed to throw away towels that are threadbare. I actually had one with a hole in it. You should also offer washcloths. Since you strive for perfection in every other area, why not provide quality towels?

It was pleasant. I was very pleased at their quick re-adjustment of sending my hotel shuttle as I had missed my original flight.
