We were at the hotel for the third time and were very disappointed with the quality of the room. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep because of the smell and dampness. Also, they never changed our bed linen, which was also infected with dampness.

We regret to hear about the issues with the smell and the dampness. This is not typical of our standards, and we will investigate these concerns thoroughly. The housekeeping changes the sheets every 3 nights, unless specifically requested. If we were not clear on our Guest directory and the information within it, we would like to apologise.
