Nice hotel at an excellent location, shower issues were very annoying, and the hotel was being renovated (on which we weren’t told) so the hallways weren’t clean and had a bad smell

difficult with the elevator that can´t be used, since it´s 50% chance to get the incorrect one. Should be better if you had a better instruction how to handle this.

Good experience. Only our Ac was not cooling at all during our two days. We stayed for 4 nights. First two nights the AC was not cooling to its maximum capacity, but we managed somehow since we were super tired. Last two days we were uncomfortable sleeping without the AC cooling.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff ! Recommended next door restaurant ans was super nice !!! Helpful in everything! Plus the BEST LOCATION !!! We only stayed for 1,5 days ( one and a half day ) but was superb !!!

Both our elevators may be used by our guests during the renovation process, both of them function the same as always, we have delegated one to be used only by the renovation workers to avoid the dust and dirt from the work areas to be transported all throughout the hotel.
