It was one of the best experiences of staying in a hotel. Excellent location, very supportive reception, and staff members. I would highly recommend my colleagues and friends to stay in the hotel and like to stay in the hotel on my next visit to Budapest. Thanks for the memorable experience.

I checked out & forgot my Air pods in the room, I called the Hotel. The staff were super friendly, found my Airpods and kept them safe for me, i came back a week later to pick them up, i half expected that they would be gone for ever, but they actually found them and kept them or me, Amazing service !!!! Thank you SOOOO much

Отель красивый и расположен очень удачно около пешеходной зоны, но можно подъехать и на машине. Номер который был нам предоставлен 215 очень темный. Завтраки сытные. Администраторы и персонал отзывчивые и доброжелательные.

Очень хороший отель, в самом центре города, номера уютные, комфортные, удобные матрасы и подушки. Завтраки хорошие. Персонал внимательный

Расположение хорошее, но сам отель никак не 4 звезды. Кровать разодранная, паутина на потолке

It was nice. The location is great, but due to the poor breakfast and the awful view from the room, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for friends I'm afraid.
