Une expérience très négative et profondément stressante. Un vol a eu lieu dans notre chambre, une plainte a été déposée auprès de la police, et la gestion de la situation par l’hôtel durant notre séjour a été extrêmement décevante. Aucune compensation appropriée n’a été proposée à ce stade, malgré la gravité des faits. Nous conseillons aux futurs clients d’être extrêmement prudents avec leurs effets personnels et de bien réfléchir avant de séjourner dans cet établissement.

We had a great time. The hotel is very central, the staff very friendly and the bar fantastic. My teenage children couldn't understand why it is not a 4* hotel as it was better than some other hotels which are 4*.

Lovely traditional and welcoming Ski Hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff friendly, food excellent, very nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. This was our third stay and we booked direct which was easy.
