We had a really great week at Le Savoyarde. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff and service provided was excellent. The location of the hotel in the centre of Val D’Isère is superb and proximity to the ski lifts. Would definitely recommend to others

I think we found the best family hotel in Val d'Isere!

Rooms are too sparse and outdated to live up to price point. Rooms feel neglected and not welcoming. Does not have to be luxury, but I suggest adding a few things to update and make stay more comfortable - make guest feel more welcome. Suggestion of a tray with a boiler for tea, a couple of glasses in the room. Real glass in bathroom for toothbrush etc. - not plastic. Maybe add a few hooks on the walls for hanging ski-clothes.

We stayed in the Hotel over 10 yrs ago and I was pleased that it had maintained its standards. It benefits from being a family owned business that is managed with obvious interest and passion. As a result it oozes charm that 'chain' Hotels will never have, do not be fooled by the 3* rating, I have stayed in many 5* Hotels that were not a patch on the Savoyarde. I would not stay anywhere else in Val D'isere
