accueil très sympathique, prix négociés avec la Direction comme client habituel
la chambre sud avec balcon et vue montagne est très agréable, malgré quelques détails à revoir (voir plus haut)

When you charge almost 2000 EUR for a four days stay there are some things you do quite wrong...

First:
I am a returning customer in your hotel, and this was 3rd or 4th time at your hotel. I therefore asked for a discount, but you didn't accept this and I paid full rate.
You didn't even say "welcome back, Mr Fisker" or offer me a drink in the bar on arrival. This could have been a minimum and would have cost you NOTHING, but would have showed me a little respect and appreciation of me as a returning customer.

Second:
The room in the basement is awful compared to the smaller rooms with mountain view and balcony.
You can't charge premium price (+400 EUR pr night) for a basement room.

Third:
The restaurant was not half as good as the other years. One evening you served pork chops and they had been prepared so long in advance, that they were cold, hard and dry. Definitely not freshly cooked, but had been waiting in a recipient in the oven for hours before serving.... Not worth serving dogs. This may be ok, if you are serving 200 hungry teenagers, but not when you are serving people who spend 2-3.000 EUR on four days of skiing. We are used to a quite different quality. Maybe you should consider, that your customers are used to - and are expecting - a higher level of service and luxury, that you are used to yourself? This is called being professional. Maybe the chef serves this kind of food for his own family and maybe he likes it himself

Fourth:
My 700 EUR iPad was destroyed and I believe that the household is maybe responsible. The iPad was left, working fine on the desk on day one, and when I opened it on the second day the screen was broken. Hard to proof who is responsible.

Fifth:
Your internet connection is so incredibly slow, that we used our iPhone and expensive telecom internet instead. Why is there a stupid security code? Completely unnecessary to encrypt an internet connection in 2016 - and you should upgrade the connection to a more powerful one. It was useless.

Sixth:
Even after vacuum cleaning, there were peanuts on the carpet - cleaning was too fast and not properly done.

Seventh:
Towels were mixed on a daily basis. Is it hard to comprehend, that two adults in each their own room are NOT sharing towels? I left my towel in the room, but this was placed in the bathroom by the cleaning - the same? My friends? A new one? Impossible to tell.

So - as a result I have decided to not come back to your hotel, and this is because of the above reasons.
Otherwise you have a beautiful hotel that is perfectly placed with a lovely loungearea. But your service sucks and you shouldn't treat returning customers this way, if you want them to keep coming back.
