BUONGIORNO, IL SOGGIRONO E' STATO POSITIVO , SCEGLIEREI NIOVAMENTE IL VOSTRO ALBERGO MA CI SONO ALCUNE COSE CHE DOVETE MIGLIORARE LE VETRATE POSIZIONATE ALL'ESTERNO DOVETE RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA TROVANDO ATTREZZI O SOLUZIONE ADATTE PER LA PERSONA ADDETTA ALLE PULIZIE .ESSERE PIU' PRECISI COME LA PULIZIA DELLE LAMPADE CON ALL' INTERNO LE CANDELE
SE VIENE LASCIATO UN BICCHIERE SPORCO DA UNA BIBITA ALL'INDOMANI VA SOSTITUITO . NEL MENU' VIENE ELENCATO LA POSSIBILITA' DI FERA UN APERITIVO CON STUZZICHERIE LOCALI ,MA QUALI IL CLIENTE DEVE ESSERE INVOGLIATO. LA PICCOLA MANUTENZIONE E' IMPORTANTE COME LE PIASTRELLE NELLE VASCA IDROMASSAGGIO ALL'ESTERNO APPENA SALTA LA PRIMA DIVENTA POI UN DOMINO!!
UN HANDICAP IL FATTO CHE L'ASCENSORE DEL PARCHEGGIO CHIUDE TROPPPO PRESTO A NOI E' CAPITATO ALL 23,15.
ESCE TROPPA ACQUA DALLA PORTA DELLA DOCCIA ,QUANDO SI E ' ALLINTERNO.
QUESTA VUOLE ESSERE UNO SCAMBIO COSTRUTTIVO, COME RIPETO RITORNERE SENZA DUBBIO NELLA VOSTRA CASA AL MARE .
RIBADISCO CHE IL PRESONALE E' SQUISITO PER CORTESIA E ' GENTILEZZA E' PREPARATI PROFESSIONALMENTE.

posto incantevole ma con qualche pecca per quel che si paga.parcheggio pubblico e a pagamento da cercarsi nelle vicinanze,camera bellissima con balcone e piscina privata,spa un po piccolina,senza una vera e propria hall, in effetti una casa con sei bellissime camere.alcune mattonelle della piscina mancanti.qualche dettaglio di pulizia sui vetri dei frigoriferi in sala colazione.per il resto tutto perfetto...

Average, The outdoor pools really needed a clean as the steps were slippery with dirt & there was stuff floating around. The outdoor patio areas never cleaned whilst staying there, the shower floor was so loud & freaky when you stepped on it. Overall it was ok but nothing special had hoped for more.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were so helpful especially Luigi who was an absolute star and always so happy to help and never stopped smiling.
The only thing that could be improved would be heated pools as at night it gets very cold. It would also be nice if the privacy curtain extended all the way to the glass as a lot of the time you were close to the next room and felt like you were sharing the pool.

It was very very nice, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The view from the room was incredible and the « sauna » area was great to relax.

Ottimo, un posto incantevole

Nel suo complesso positivo. Note negative su colazione , biancheria da bagno, utilizzo lavastoviglie mentre gli ospiti fanno colazione, pulizia da migliorare di bagno e doccia...nota molto negativa mio malgrado sulla torta ordinata per festeggiare l’anniversario...impresentabile ed ho fatto una pessima figura con mia moglie . Se volete vi mando le foto che non ho pubblicato per rispetto del nome!

The perfect get away. The hotel was everything we expected and more. The perfect base to explore the Sorrentine penninsular and the Amalfi coast line. We've already reccomended the hotel to lots of friends and family who have been saying how beautiful the views are.
We will definately be back at some stage. It's a beautiful hotel in a breathtaking part of the world.
