This was an excellent for our stopover in Madrid between flights. The airport shuttle was a big reason for choosing this hotel

Perfect! It is the most gorgeous hotel with the most beautiful view. Everyone was very kind and helpful. A dream hotel!

Fantastically located Hotel.
Unfortunately, the towels need to be changed every day, because water from the shower leaks on the shower floor and the shower Bath Mat is not enough to absorb the water leakage. Also extra hanging hooks in the bathroom would enable wet towels to dry and still have somewhere to hang robes.
Not a great fan of the lighting system very unclear what to press in order to switch on and switch off the lights
But overall, this is fantastic. Hotel the attention to detail and customer service is incredibly high. We would definitely revisit it.
