Very nice - the staff that we dealt with face to face were very nice and polite, also very helpful. Just need to the breakfast experience

Very nice hotel with great location. Tricky to find by car watching video essentials. Rooms need a suitcase stand

The reception staff were absolutely excellent 💖💖💖💖💖💖
The food was terrible
We ordered a room service meal It was meant be hot It was cold and tasteless
Terrible bottled water in the room
Great location but overpriced
Bad sewer smells on 6th floor quite often

The hotel and room were great. Only complaint, we couldn't get the room cool enough.
