Excellent experience from start to finish. From the driver and car that picked us up from the airport, the warm welcome we received on arrival to every member of staff we encountered during our stay. The attention to detail was exceptional and the quality of the service was superb.

I would compliment very ember of staff I encountered during my stay. Friendly, professional, absolutely fantastic people. The hotel is relaxing and quiet, a fabulous location to rest for a few days.

Everyone was friendly welcoming and professional. The signature scent in the lobby was a bit strong.

A good hotel in a good location but because of the customer service from the front of house staff regarding my complaint I will not return

We had some works in the Hotel during your stay and we have done our best to warn all our guest about it before their stay. We truly apology for the inconvenience.
