The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a great view. My only very minor complaints would be with the bathroom: the shower floor was so level that water could pool by the entrance and slosh out a little; a more significant fan with the toilet would've been nice, as opposed to the quiet one on the toilet itself.
