It was a beautifully designed hotel with a wonderful view of the bay. The staff were efficient and welcoming and the restaurants excellent. The cleanliness was superb.

Sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr kulant, weil wir überraschend einen Tag früher abreisen mussten. Sehr aufmerksam, weil es ein Geschenk zum Geburtstag meiner Frau aufs Zimmer gab, eine kleine Flasche Cava, Pralinen und eine nette Nachricht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
(Die Übersetzung des Fragebogens auf deutsch ist nicht perfekt: Ubikation ? Dachspitze ? Wahrscheinlich sind Lage und Dachterrasse gemeint…)

Very nice hotel and perfect location in San Sebastian. So close to Pinxtos Bars and beach. We also loved the electric bike rentals from hotel, very convenient and great way to see the city.
