My experience at Lasala Plaza Hotel was simply splendid. The next time I will book on a higher floor because I feel people from the street can see me in the room with harbor view that I stayed in when the windows are open. Staff services and the hotel room are excellent. Breakfast is great; the breakfast staff even prepared me a capuccino to take out since I left early in the morning. Overall experience was top notch.

Our stay at Lasala made our trip to San Sebastian the amazing trip that it was! The location was perfect, the decor and renovations were beautiful, the room and the rooftop were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Even though we went during fall/winter, I can imagine how vibrant the hotel restaurant and rooftop bar/pool is during the summer, therefore when we go back to SS, we will definitely rebook at Lasala!

Très beau hôtel, service attentionné.

Attention, dans la chambre au 6eme il faisait un peu trop chaud (régulation à 20° mais il faisait au moins 25) et impossible de baisser le thermostat.
