El servicio, los detalles en la habitación, la limpieza, el servicio especialmente de Shirley y de Ana. Las tapas en La Jarana, la vista desde el rooftop bar.

First time we have visited San Sebastian . . . we would definitely return! And would return to your hotel. The room we had was great - the roof top we enjoyed. Location is fab. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
