La estancia buena
Un pero : reserve una noche con booking a un precio, y necesitaba una noche más así que la reserve por teléfono directamente con el hotel , pensando que el precio sería el mismo ( mi error fue no preguntarlo y darlo por hecho) la reserva con el hotel fue mucho más cara , ya que cobraron una especie de seguro de cancelación ( que yo no pedí y por la que nunca se me preguntó) y por lo visto no es el mismo precio para un sábado que para un domingo
Una diferencia de casi 100 euros
Me arrepiento de no haber protestado más

Exceptionally comfortable accommodations at an excellent location with one of the friendliest and capable hotel staffs my wife and I have ever encountered in our travels. Your bar, tapas and roof top were casual yet sophisticated. Noteworthy is how your hotel feels like connected to the social life of the neighborhood. The hotel building has very traditionally historical but hip design. Will definitely stay with you again on next visit to San Sebastian.

The staff were simply amazing. The only thing I would say the staff spoke to us in English although we spoke to them in Spanish and we speak relatively well. I suppose our accents were not great and I understand that the team wanted to help us by speaking in English. As much as that wouldve been ok with people who didnt speak any Spanish, we wanted to be able to converse in the language to be able to practise. That was my only observation. Not a complaint. I think the staff are simply amazing. They were all so attentive and were there to help every time.
