Driving directions to the hotel
should be more specific including landmarks and statements that it is okay to enter the pedestrian area despite the no entry sign. Instructions on the website were not clear.

Fabulous stay! Hotel is very clean and comfortable, with great tech in the rooms.
Great location for exploring the city. Thanks to all who work very hard at the hotel.

Excellent. A beautiful hotel in every way. Room for improvement in small details: some coffee pods missing, missing towels. We did have trouble with our air conditioning. Worked fine in the previous room, did not work in 105. I dont understand why the breakfast is so expensive.
