We had the most amazing three nights with you. The hotel was everything we wanted and the staff attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend and cant wait to return!

Absolutely amazing experience, reception staff arranged bookings for us that were fantastic room had amazing sea views, glad we choose that view. San Sebastian beaches, Old Town and the new town was exceptional, highly recommend.

Overall the experience was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. There were a few issues throughout the stay with the rooftop. As we booked this hotel especially for the rooftop, it was frustrating when there were private events happening upstairs and we couldn't go up there. For this price, we should be able to use the rooftop for the whole stay. Also the pool was out of order too, again for this price, it should be in use. We also booked the rooftop yoga for 35 euros a head and the yoga was in Spanish and we couldn't understand anything. Again, this should have been mentioned and we would have not booked a 45 minute class that we couldn't understand. When mentioned to reception, they didn't seem to care.
