Hôtel parfait où nous séjournons avec grand plaisir et confort. L'accueil de la réception doit être absolument amélioré pour être à la hauteur de l'établissement. Les prix se sont envolés (chambre simple vue port au prix de la suite la concha l'année dernière) merci Covid... mais nous aimons cette établissement pour son parfait emplacement, son design et surtout son confort. Merci encore.

Very good. Loved the hotel and will certainly be back. Only issue is the noise, although windows double glazed, it seems that noise travels through walls on the 6th floor.

Excellent service, friendly people, excellent design and facilities and excellent breakfast. Disappointed with Roof Top bar service - no Menthe as wanted to have Menthe and Sparkling water. Also seemed that juices etc were not on menu. Seemed bar was more geared to alcoholic drinks. Was also disappointed with lack of fitness facilities. A hotel of your standing should have a gym service.

It's a lovely hotel that just needs a few room/bathroom enhancements.

We enjoyed the location facilities and sevivice.

Shampoo conditioner and moistureiser would be expected These have been staples in all other hotels we have stayed on in Barcelona Madrid Porto Lisbon and now Bordeaux
