Lasala exceeded our expectations! We traveled with friends for a quick stay and chose Lasala based on proximity and the valet parking option. Upon entering the lobby, there is the most delicious fragrance. The staff took the time to go over a map of San Sebastián and also served us champagne at check in. Our room was spacious and was technically advanced beyond just A/C. A fancy bidet, adjustable bed frame, heated bathroom floors wow wow wow! The roof top terrace is stunning but small. Only about 8 lounge chairs which fill up quickly. I do not think kids would enjoy the pool area as the pool is more for a dip to cool off. Hotel Lasala made our trip very special, but also very hard to leave. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel in a perfect location - we had a superb room overlooking the port and the bay. Beautiful layout and design. Roof bar and terrace is first class with superb staff

Great. The hotel was wonderful and the staff brilliant. We had moved this booking several times due to covid and were pleased with the service and attention we got. We will definitely stay here again.

To focused on money and not delivering on service.

Far from a 5 star experience.
