We loved the hotel and its location. It is very well designed and very convenient to get to both the beach and the old town. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay at Lasala Plaza. The location gave us a real appreciation for the old town of San Sebastián.

We had a wonderful time - the hotel, its location and the amazing city of San Sebastián, all contributed.
We chose San Sebastián largely because we all love food - we were not disappointed- a huge variety of different experiences - every one was superb

A very enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent at every interaction / before and during our stay. Room views beautiful. Location perfect and the rooftop is absolutely perfect.

Constructive Feedback: beds were uncomfortable being 2 singles pushed together and pillows too soft for us. A hair conditioner and body lotion would be expected at this price. Lastly our airport transfer to Bilbao was frightening. The driver was tired and his eyes were closing, this was scary.

The hotel and service were great, the location is perfect for easy access to all the restaurants and life in the town. The hotel was very clean and room well laid out and comfortable

I was pretty disappointed. We stayed at the Serras in Barcelona and there is such a big gap in service and hospitality. Your hotel lacks a soul. The staff were fine but not warm and hospitable. Our air conditioning was broken for 24 hours and all I got was "wait 10 minutes" over and over until I asked for the manager. You never offered us anything for the inconvenience of a miserable night sleep in a very hot room. As mentioned, the condition of the room was just average. And I think the pricing of breakfast if you book day before versus same day is just silly. The hotel has an amazing location but it sort of ends there- again, the service was "fine" but not memorable and it is a missed opportunity for you guys to not provide a warmer service.
