Absolutely wonderful--we had a beautiful concha bay view room on the 6th floor. The service through out our stay was exceptional. Will highly recommend! Quiet, peaceful with an amazing view and superb service.

We loved the beautiful hotel and the suite was absolutely stunning. There were 2 issues with the room that we asked to address but I assume could not be during our time there. First, the lightning in the bathroom mirror was not functional and the heated floor did not function despite the light on controller indicating it was turned on.

This is our third stay at LaSala Plaza. We love it but were very disappointed that dinner service no longer exists on the rooftop. Please bring it back.
