The location of the hotel both to the beach and old town is fantastic. I was a bit worried about the outside noise but the rooms are super quiet.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel in fantastischer Lage mit Blick auf die Concha und den Yachthafen. Zentral gelegen am Rand der Altstadt. Sehr freundlicher Service und Mitarbeiter. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl und baskischen Spezialitäten.

Better than expected. Lovely staff, not at all "Stuffy". Great service. I had the experience of two rooms and both were fantastic. I hope to be back!

次の訪問ではこのホテルのみに連泊します。立地がとてもよく、景色はラコンチャ湾が見えて最高に癒されました。到着時にはロビーでウェルカムドリンクを、ルーフトップで飲むチャコリやワインも気持ちよかったです。朝ごはんも拙い英語でも一生懸命聞きとうとしてくださり終始笑顔。帰り際にビルバオまでの長距離バスをお尋ねしたら予約まで代行してくださった。これは別の某高級ホテルでは拒否されたサービスでした。必ず再訪します。ありがとうございました。

We loved it. The only challenge was the drive in. Better instructions that state explicitly to ignore google maps, etc… and say to turn right off Boulevard in front of the City Hall would be helpful.
