We had a very enjoyable experience! The staff was amazing and so very helpful!
We want to call out Jerry — he was so helpful and very friendly. He made us feel so welcome! We really enjoyed talking to him!

The Lasala is a very impressive, very comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The online system for room service did not work properly, but the staff corrected the mistake quickly even at 1:00 a.m. I would stay again anytime.

Very pleasant experience and service. Only note would be to have instructions regarding the light panels across the room and the water knobs in the shower.

Regarding the instructions for the lighting panel, each room has a sheet with instructions to make it easier to turn on the lights, as we know it can be challenging.
