Loved the hotel/location. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in San Sebastian.

It has been a wonderful stay. The staff in all areas were excellent.

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay, save for our ability to check in upon our arrival at 13:30. Location was perfect for access to La Concha and the Old City. On 3 nights the walks to our restaurants were 5 minutes! Staff were friendly and efficient.
We looked at the rooftop but found it to be crowded and a bit intimidating, as was the restaurant bar, but that’s simply our preference for privacy.

I had a great experience and this is a 10/10 hotel, however, I do have a couple of comments, 1. there was no iron/ironing board in the room, I did have to call every morning to get one, I did not mind it but in my opinion it would be better to just have one allocated for each room instead of having to call every time it's needed. 2. For some reason there was no light switch inside of the bathroom, only one outside of the bathroom, again, I did not mind this but it would be nice to have one inside of the bathroom as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! It would be nice to have a lounge for relaxing — not just the lobby. The main floor bar was excellent and we enjoyed our food plus the best gin & tonics. We hope to return soon.
