We enjoyed the hotel, the location, and the view. The staff was very nice and courteous but did not go out of their way to make us feel warm and welcomed like what we experienced in the four hotels we had stayed in just before coming to the Lasalle.

This was a really excellent stay. The hotel is quiet and dignified, the staff are attentive without being pushy and the location is really great. We will definitely be back.

L'emplacement et la qualité de la chambre sont toujours au top. Petit défaut cette fois, wifi instable. Au calme mais pres de l'animation.

This was a wonderful experience; the hotel was perhaps the best one we've ever visited and the staff were incredible. Definitely plan to stay again and to recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

While we had signed up for the valet service, due to my unfamiliarity with the layout I ended up parking my car in a parking lot for the stay. The Google Maps provided shows the roads you're supposed to take as walking only. A little more information on the hotel website about how to access the front by car would have been helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.
But we found the controls for the room lighting confusing and we could not find any instructions as to how to use it effectively.
One the lifts was very not working properly and stopped and started very suddenly on more than one occasion.
But our overall experience was very good and, given a few improvements (as mentioned above), we would definitely recommend the Lasala Palace to others.

A relaxing environment with wonderful friendly staff, starting with check in and welcome drink plus advice to go to roof terrace before the rain arrived for the weekend! Our room, bed and harbour view were great and everyone was so kind and made us feel at home. A great experience thank you
