Overall, a lovely hotel and fantastic stay - great location, service, food and views. We especially appreciated the recommendation map - would recommend to make this a website or app instead of paper map in the future.

Quiero agradecer a todo el personal del hotel , recepción, aparcacoches, servicio de Bar La Jarana, servicio de habitaciones y limpieza, servicio de desayuno y cocina de la amabilidad y cariño que siempre y digo siempre han tenido conmigo y con mi mujer desde hace 7 años que vamos al hotel, esto muchas veces no se paga con dinero, a Mikel Zaldua por su magnifica labor con los clientes y a todos en general porque este hotel esta como el primer día limpio y en perfecto estado de mantenimiento en un entorno privilegiado. Me gustaría que mis comentarios los hicieran saber a todos y decirles hasta pronto amigos.

Muy agradable y con mucha amabilidad por parte del todo el personal del hotel. Como único aspecto a mejorar reseñable mencionaría que no había cubiertos ni servilletas con la cena que habíamos pedido en la habitación en nuestra llegada

Excellent location, room and bed were comfortable, rooftop had a stunning view and staff were attentive and helped with travel bookings
