The hotel was excellent and we loved our room and the location. Our only disappointment was that at the time of booking the hotel we would have appreciated an alert of some kind to inform us the it was the Semana Grande week and there would be fireworks every night, live music every night and the city, particularly the old town would be extremely crowded. I think we would have booked for another week if we had been informed at the time because it was much more crowded and noisy than we expected. We didn't feel like we got the rest and relaxation that we wanted from our stay at San Sebastian.

We loved everything about the hotel! The service, the pool, the food, and especially the room were great! We want to stay again when we come back to San Sebastián.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel. There are other hotels in the area at a similar price point that are far more luxurious and offer genuine hospitality. Our biggest issue was the concert directly outside our room, which left us with two nights of absolutely no sleep—completely unacceptable for what should have been a relaxing holiday.

Of course, the hotel cannot control the concert itself, but there are practical steps they could take. For example, they could avoid allocating guests to the front-facing rooms during the festival period, instead using rooms on the opposite side of the building. Alternatively, they could improve soundproofing by installing an additional window, which the ledge inside the current frames would easily accommodate.

Excellent! Beyond our expectations! Especially the professionalism of service, support, friendliness, assistance when required by all staff.
We appreciated the Pre arrival advice and information about arrival and parking. As it was festival week we also appreciated you pre-empting the impact of festival noise by supplying ear plugs. Although the double glazed windows mitigated most sound without earplugs.
The young men that assisted us daily with our car, the reception staff, the rooftop pool staff, the rooftop restaurant staff and the room cleaning staff were all exceptional. Thankyou all for a very enjoyable stay.

On our last day when our car had a punctured tyre; Luis and his colleague ( I cannot remember his name) went above and beyond to assist us while we waited for the hire company’s mechanic and whilst the mechanic was attending to the puncture. We were very grateful for their kind assistance.

We really enjoyed out stay - the location is fantastic, the rooms are great and the rooftop to watch fireworks was amazing.
