The rooms were not properly cleaned. Huge layer of dust under the bed when we arrived and the windows were also dirty - what's the point of paying for the view with a dirty window? Bar staff upstairs were rude and rolled their eyes and sighed loudly when my boyfriend ordered a beer. Constantly with a frown on their face like they didn'twant to be there. I expect a lot more from the extortionate rates you charge - it is not a luxury experience upstairs in the rooftop or in the rooms. Reception staff were very nice and helpful though
