The rooms were not properly cleaned. Huge layer of dust under the bed when we arrived and the windows were also dirty - what's the point of paying for the view with a dirty window? Bar staff upstairs were rude and rolled their eyes and sighed loudly when my boyfriend ordered a beer. Constantly with a frown on their face like they didn'twant to be there. I expect a lot more from the extortionate rates you charge - it is not a luxury experience upstairs in the rooftop or in the rooms. Reception staff were very nice and helpful though

Location is nice
Furnitures are very beautiful
Staffs were kind, careful
Especially welcome sparkling wine and washing machine in the rest room were amazing!

A lovely hotel in an excellent old town location right near many popular pinxto bars. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were generally well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The cava and check in experience felt like a nice, personalized touch.
