A trully special experience!
Hi guest service team, we travel abroad 4-5 times a year for pleasure, Jonathan travels more for business and with friends. We stay in many top hotels but yours was really worth taking the time to write this note. y
Your staff is trully that makes it all work. From welcome staff, evening staff, that amazing chap that immediately showed up with mugs for our tea and with our toilletries, to the cleaners that are formodable everything was spotless clean everywhere; wonderful front desk team deserves a shout too so friendly and so profesional( i am so sorry cannot recall any of their names as we stayed in various hotels during our trip to Spain on this ocassion) the only name I remember is Oscar he was wonderful, so rapid and efficient!
The bar staff had their hands full with people constantly queueing and they were working like a well oiled machine, we initially came for a drink on Saturday night but ended up having several and the amazing bartender made us fabulous extra dry martinis and negronis even got the chef to make us a plate of grilled veggies which we loved.
Jonathan had a wonderful stay and felt very special for his birthday. Each staff member is happy to be there and work together as a team and we had a blast. Oh. shout out for coordinating his birthday cake which was delicious and his bottle of bubbles 🙏💕Thank you for an unforgetable experience. We will search for yoir hotels in our next trips around the world 💕🙏
