Rooms were lovely and Hotel décor was really nice throughout. However, you have to sign a form at check in confirming-amongst other things- you will pay for any of the bathroom products (Shampoo, shower gel etc) if they are removed! In hindsight this was a clear sign of the hotel DNA. We had booked breakfast but received a surprise visit from our family for my wife`s birthday so were out later and up later in the mornings so did not take the breakfasts. I advised reception we had not taken any of the breakfasts and asked for these to be removed from the bill, but was informed it was impossible to cancel a booked service so we were charged Euro 120 for Breakfasts we did not have. I have stayed in Hotels all over the world for the past 30 years and have never before been charged before for a Breakfast we did not eat!! Beware when booking services!
