A truly wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel, all the staff were welcoming and helpful, the decor was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. The terrace was superb and had the best views in San Sebastián!

Beautiful room with sea view which we pay top money for. Sofa bed mattress for adult is extremely uncomfortable. When complained, hotel provide 2 duvets to put under mattress. No thicker mattress they said! Sadly bad 2 nights sleep for adult daughter on Sofa bed! No box tissues, only a small pack with 4 tissues paper. No luggage stand to put our suitcase. Room is therefore more style over substance! Rooftop bar not open in May? Swimming pool is like a paddling pool.Breakfast is expensive, not enough choice thankfully breakfast staffs are helpful!

Overall, the experience was very good. The hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Great hotel, loved the staff at front desk. Very relaxed place, cool uniforms. Would return in an instant.
