We had a fantastic experience. Service was 💯 so helpful for many requests. Room was lovely, breakfast delicious.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en amoureux. Tout a été pensé pour que nous profitions de nos vacances. Même pour une seule nuit, les différents services comme le voiturier, bagagiste, le restaurant, le bar, nous permettent de nous détendre et de ne pas penser aux contraintes de stationnement en ville par exemple. Le personnel est absolument adorable, et extrêmement professionnel. Les prestations de l'hôtel sont de qualité. Merci infiniment !

Exceptional…..quiet clean rooms. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. We fell in love with San Sebastián and the hotel was a big part of the experience.

Het is een fantastisch hotel met enorm goede service inboet hart van de stad. Echt heel speciaal.
Ik zou alleen niet op de kamer een fles drinkwater zetten die chloor bevat, omdat dat goed is voor het milieu.

The professionalism of all staff at Lasala Plaza Hotel is absolutely 100%. Excellent service from everyone. The hotel is located in perfect surroundings for exploring beautiful San Sebastián. We really enjoyed the hotel bar - would liked to have eaten in the restaurant but not open on our stay duration. Lasala Plaza deserves its excellent reviews in all aspects - not sure about the Japeneese toilet however I’m afraid to say 🤔🥴 Without hesitation we will definitely stay again at Lasala Plaza Hotel when next in wonderful San Sebastián.

We enjoyed our stay, lovely hotel in a great location. Efficient and friendly staff but disappointed by the issue with breakfast commented on above, having booked and paid for breakfast we would expect it to be provided within the hours the breakfast room was open.

My overall experience at Lasala Plaza Hotel was wonderful. I had the most beautiful room. I loved the view from the rooftop and the ability to walk to the ocean and promenade within seconds.
This is my favorite hotel experience in many years. Thank you!
