The hotel is very well located with respect to the old town & overlooking the small harbour & beach front (if you have that room view). I thought the service was very good throughout my stay from check-in to check-out including all services. Given the price of the rooms, I thought they were a little on the small side but clean, well maintained & equipped with modern appliances. I thought the bar downstairs was too small & struggled with customer overflow. I suppose one could argue there were plenty of alternatives in close proximity within the old town but for a hotel of this standard more thought needs to go into that. The roof top is a good venue with great views. That being said, I would advise losing the pool (it's very small, not practical when considering occupancy ?) & develop a larger parasoled seating drinks/eating space. One major challenge, is finding the hotel with a car if you have never been there before. That was a real challenge given the no-entry confusion, especially if you don't speak Spanish/Basque.

We had a most pleasant stay at the hotel. Room had an amazing view (we did pay a bit extra for that) Room so clean and aroma was beautiful. Loved the toiletries scents too. Rooftop facilities were super as was breakfast. A wonderful location and fantastic service.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Insonorisation des chambres au top. La piscine pourrait être chauffée en revanche. Les produits dans la salle de bain n'ont pas une odeur très agréable.

El hotel está precioso pero los precios son desorbitados, el desayuno en mi opinión muy pobre, la bollería muy escasa
